ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Acquisition: Educate clients on Novel Offices managed office space solutions and tailor offerings to meet their specific needs.
Sales Process: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements. Present and articulate the benefits of
Novel Offices services, addressing client queries and concerns.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage
long-term partnerships.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide insights to the
management team to help refine sales and marketing strategies.
Targets and Reporting: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including client
interactions, lead generation, and conversion rates.
REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
2- 5 years of experience (Any Graduate).
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the real estate or office space industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to work in flexible shift
