Role: Pre Sales


Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore


Experience: 0 - 1 Years


Job Type: On Site


As an intern working in the Pre-Sales department, you will collaborate closely with our team to assist throughout the sales process starting from identifying leads, to finalizing successful deals. This internship will give you significant hands-on experience in analyzing customer needs, generating attractive proposals, and cultivating relationships with potential customers. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Help to identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach initiatives. 
  • Conduct market research to gain insight into industry trends, competitive products, and customer preferences. 
  • Work with the pre-sales team to generate customized proposals and presentations based on the individual needs of potential clients. 
  • Help pre-sales representatives give product demonstrations and showcase the value proposition of our products to prospective customers. 
  • Use email, phone calls, and online meetings to respond to requests, provide information, and build connections. 
  • Help keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status utilizing CRM software. 
  • Provide administrative support to the pre-sales team, such as organizing meetings and producing sales materials. 


Requirements: 

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including the ability to express ideas effectively and persuasively.  
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.  
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to learn and tackle new problems.  
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and knowledge with CRM applications is advantageous.
