• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across the team and with stakeholders.
• Encourage and guide continuous improvement within the team, with external stakeholders, and management.
• Facilitate the adoption and implementation of agile best practices to deliver high-quality releases.
• Recommend and drive changes to improve established engineering processes.
• Identify, address, and remove impediments for the scrum team by proactively resolving obstacles and escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist with project planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage and foster a collaborative and productive environment within global, multicultural, and diverse teams.
• Demonstrate experience in managing medium to large software development projects, including ERP systems, ensuring effective integration of agile methodologies and sound project management practices.
