Plant HR Manager

Experience: 2–5 years in manufacturing HR (plant-level exposure)

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle HR operations at the manufacturing plant (attendance, onboarding/offboarding, documentation).

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Factories Act, labour laws).

• Address employee relations, handle grievances, and support conflict resolution.

• Coordinate training and development for plant personnel.

• Drive employee engagement and retention efforts on the shop floor.
