Placement Coordinator
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Preparing Students Master Data from First Year to Final Year.
• Creating Google forms for company registration and sharing the student details with the lead generator as per the guidelines.
• Attending departmental placement meetings, seminars & webinars and preparing Minutes of Meetings.
• Maintaining and updating Placement records.
• Maintaining and updating the database of the Company List for Placement, Training and Internship.
• Issuing Notices of various events organized by the Central Placement Unit and displaying the same on the notice boards of various departments.
• Preparing last 3 years' Placement Records for Banking (loan)/Student Credit card purposes etc.
• Preparing NOC/Recommendation Letters and Bonafide certificates of students for their Internship/Training/Placement Purpose.
• Alumni Coordination.
• KRA to be flexible as per business requirements.

Minimum qualifications:
• Scheduling Interviews For Students And Keep Regular Follow Up.
• Post Jobs in Job Portal.
• Follow Up With Students During Ongoing Interview Process.
• Coordinate With Placed Students For Company’s Review and Testimonials Etc.
• Attend Different Events And Generate Leads To On-board New Companies When Required.
• Visit Companies to Build Collaboration and Partnerships When Required.
• Proven Work Experience as a Placement Coordinator or Similar Role.
• Hands-On Experience Coordinating Students and HRs of the Company.
• Extensive Knowledge of Social Media and Job Hunting.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheet.
• Must Be Able To Speak In English And Hindi Both.
• Must Be Student Friendly and Hardworking.
Salary:
Experience: Up to 4,00,000 CTC
