Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items according to order sheets or scanners
• Pack products securely into boxes or containers
• Label packages correctly and prepare for shipping
• Inspect items for damage or quality issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow company safety procedures and protocols
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus (not required)
• Ability to lift up to [30-50] lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
• May require the use of PPE (personal protective equipment)
