About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharma & Life Science Recruiter to join our team. This role involves identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry-specific roles, regulatory requirements, and market trends to ensure the best talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

• Identify and engage top talent in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences industries.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

🔹 End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team expectations.

🔹 Industry Expertise & Market Insights

• Stay updated on industry trends, hiring challenges, and best practices in pharmaceutical and life sciences recruitment.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies.

🔹 Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and industry regulations (e.g., FDA, GMP, HIPAA).
• Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and hiring decisions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

🔹 Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

• Promote the company’s brand to attract top talent in the industry.
• Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the pharma, biotech, or life sciences sector.

✔ Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and life science roles, including R&D, clinical research, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing.
• Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience hiring for regulatory, clinical, or scientific roles.
• Familiarity with industry regulations (FDA, EMA, GMP).
• Recruitment experience in an agency or in-house setting within the life sciences sector.
