• Design and implement comprehensive performance testing strategies for enterprise applications and systems.
• Define performance benchmarks, SLAs, and KPIs in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Architect and maintain performance testing frameworks, tools, and environments.
• Identify performance bottlenecks using profiling and monitoring tools; provide root cause analysis and recommendations.
• Lead the performance testing lifecycle – from planning, scripting, and execution to reporting.
• Develop reusable test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, or similar.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate performance test results, trends, and system health metrics.
• Work with developers, system architects, and operations teams to tune applications and optimize performance.
• Guide and mentor QA engineers on performance testing best practices.
• Ensure performance testing is integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging tools in performance engineering.
