Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing strategies to meet customer acquisition and ROI goals.
  • Manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic display, and affiliate networks.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and attribution modeling.
  • Analyze KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPA, and LTV to assess performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with design, content, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns with brand, messaging, and user experience.
  • Oversee and manage performance marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and spend efficiency.
  • Continuously identify growth opportunities and emerging trends in digital marketing and apply them strategically.
  • Work with external agencies, ad networks, or partners where applicable to scale campaigns effectively.
  • Report on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders with clear insights and recommendations.
