We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of performance-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will focus on measurable results, using data and analytics to inform decisions and contribute to customer acquisition and retention efforts. This internship is ideal for someone looking to develop practical experience in digital marketing, paid media strategies, and conversion optimization techniques.

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and managing performance-based marketing campaigns across digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms.
- Focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand awareness through paid media campaigns.
- Help develop detailed campaign strategies, including identifying target audiences, budget allocation, and setting KPIs.
- Contribute to optimizing campaigns based on performance data and KPIs (e.g., CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL).
- Participate in A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
- Track key performance trends and suggest adjustments to campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others to track campaign performance and generate insights.
- Assist in creating performance reports, dashboards, and recommendations for optimization, providing actionable insights for the broader marketing team.
- Monitor and analyze user behavior, conversion paths, and funnel performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Familiarity with performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Exposure to campaign performance analysis and tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, or other tracking and attribution tools.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page optimization, and user experience principles.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from performance metrics.
- Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
- Previous internship experience or personal projects related to digital marketing, performance marketing, or advertising is a plus.
