• As a Product Development Engineer I, you will be an integral part of our product development team, contributing to the design, testing, and optimization of new products
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to bring innovative ideas to fruition

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Design:Contribute to the development of product concepts and designs
• Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create detailed product specifications
• Prototyping and Testing:Assist in the prototyping process, working closely with the prototyping and testing teams
• Conduct tests and experiments to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless product development processes
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Documentation:Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of product development processes
• Create and update engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation as needed
• Quality Assurance:Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and address potential product defects
• Contribute to the development of quality control procedures
• Research and Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to product development
• Conduct research to support informed decision-making during the design process
• Project Management:Assist in project planning, ensuring that timelines and milestones are met
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and achieve project goals
• Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements to product development methodologies
