
Payroll Executive
Location: Mandideep (near Bhopal), Madhya Pradesh (On-site)
Experience: 2-4 years in Payroll/HR operations

Reporting to: HR & Admin Manager
Role summary:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and compliance for the plant/warehouse workforce, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and adherence to statutory norms.
Key responsibilities:
• Collect, validate and process attendance, leave and payroll data.
• Prepare payroll input entries, verify outputs from HRIS/HRMS vs input data.
• Perform variance analysis, compile reports on earnings, deductions, taxes, and leaves.
• Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, LWF as applicable.
• Generate annual reports, assist in tax return and Form 16 processing.
• Manage reimbursements and miscellaneous payroll-related data.
Required qualifications & skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business / HR or equivalent.
• 2-4 years payroll experience in manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel / advanced features.
• Awareness of Indian payroll & statutory regulations.
• Strong analytical, accuracy-focused mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred:
• Experience with HRIS/Payroll software systems.
• Exposure to large workforce payroll (warehouse/industrial).
• Comfortable with plant-level operations and cross-functional coordination.
