Roles and Responsibilities
l Counsel the parent for student on admission, convince them to get admission as per the policies and procedures.
l Need to offer solutions to applicant problems and requests regarding admission via telephone or F2F and in writing.
l Review student records, inputs data and generates letters and/or lists utilizing applicant databases.
l Work closely with the Zonal Heads for Schools admission in making admission decisions for school programs.
l Maintain good relationship with parents to understand the parents needs and cater to their requirements.
Qualification & Skills:
l Must have completed MBA or in Final year.
l Good Communication skills (Fluent English) and must know the local Language. Knowing Hindi will be an advantage.
l Should be super comfortable with kids.
Presentable and need to Convince parents.
