Skills Abilites

• Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads, both locally and globally.
• Utilize various online tools and resources to gather accurate and up-to-date lead information.
• Develop strategies to expand our lead database and keep it current.
• Cold call leads to introduce our products/services and qualify their interest.
• Evaluate and prioritize leads based on their responsiveness and potential for conversion.
• Allocate responsive leads to Marketing Representatives(MRs) based on predefined criteria.

Responsibility

• Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads, both locally and globally.
• Maintain a clear and organized system for tracking lead status and progress.
• Continuously engage with non-responsive leads through various communication channels.
• Update and maintain the CRM syst
• em with accurate lead information and interactions.
• Ensure data integrity and regularly clean and validate lead records.
• Generate and share regular Management Information System (MIS) reports detailing lead generation, allocation,and conversion rates.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on MIS data to optimize lead generation strategies.
