The Operation Support role is responsible for providing assistance to ensure the efficient functioning of daily operations. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can collaborate across departments to meet operational goals and improve processes. The role may involve supporting logistics, managing schedules, resolving operational issues, and ensuring that the business runs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- Process Improvement: Monitor and evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of new practices.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics, customer service, and management, to ensure smooth communication and timely task completion.
- Reporting & Data Management: Gather and analyze data related to operations, preparing regular reports for management review.
- Inventory & Resource Management: Track inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure that necessary resources are available to meet operational needs.
- Troubleshooting: Assist in resolving any operational issues, whether they relate to system malfunctions, customer concerns, or internal bottlenecks.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries or concerns from customers or clients in relation to operations, ensuring a high level of service.
- Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure that all operations meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Help in scheduling and coordinating the movement of goods, services, or personnel as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of operational procedures and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and operational tools.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Time management and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in an operations, administrative, or support role is a plus.
Educational Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- A degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications or training in operations management are advantageous.
