The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing, coordinating and ensuring the smooth functioning of the operational activities of the Credit Fair Capital (CFC) department and customer service team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Working closely with business teams to support investors in terms of disbursements and transaction settlement.
Working closely with the higher management to achieve outcomes and company goals.
Doing reconciliations such as Bank reconciliation, system reconciliation, daily payment reconciliations.
Coordinate with IFAs to ensure that all necessary documentation is received and that any queries or disputes are resolved in a timely manner.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all commission payments and
reconciliations.
Ensuring that the commission payments to IFAs are accurate and timely.
Maintaining accuracy of data around investor payouts and return calculations
Maintain good relationships with IFAs and ensure that the companys sales targets are met.
Onboarding new banks, payment methods, and payment gateways to expand the available options for users.
Managing business reporting and generating ad-hoc reports as required.
Co-ordinating with the tech team and product team for the system changes and automation of tasks.
Requirement & Skills
Candidate should have 4 + years of experience.
Candidate from a Fintech/NBFC background is preferred.
Strong excel skills.
