Responsibilities:
Engagement
- Manage employee engagement for Nova Benefits clients through sessions, campaigns, etc.
- Compile campaign & event performance data and reports (Excel, Notion )
- Ensure the monthly planning of the wellness calendar is done properly
- Take up end-to-end execution of customized session requests
Operations
- Organize & execute online engagements events on the Nova Platform
- Sending campaigns on email marketing platforms & invites to clients
- For great customer experience, develop SOPs to make processes smooth and ensure that it is adopted in the team.
- Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly operations planning and execution with high ownership for the activity allotted.
- Product line operations execution is end-to-end. Communicate with vendors, and coordinate with client on need basis.
- Partnership reach outs
- Overlook the finance and invoicing for vendor
Key Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in marketing, business, or supply chain management.
- Demonstrate high ownership
- Strong project execution
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel to ensure data-driven operations.
- Strong communication skills are required to express analytics to various levels in the organization; as well as the ability to talk to clients and understand their problems.
- Proficiency in listening and responding to the issues or expectations of the customers with a high execution bias and on-ground decision-making skills.
