Operations Executive – EV Fleet

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Experience: 1–4 years

Salary: ₹4 LPA – ₹7 LPA

Role Overview

You will manage day-to-day EV fleet operations ensuring high vehicle uptime, smooth driver allocation, and efficient route execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor EV fleet utilization, availability & downtime.

• Coordinate vehicle deployment, charging schedules & driver rosters.

• Handle breakdowns, incident reporting & vendor coordination.

• Track KPIs like utilization %, turnaround time & service SLAs.

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management.

• Ensure SOP adherence and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in fleet/logistics/operations.

• Strong coordination & problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable with Excel, dashboards & operations tools.
