Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to oversee and optimize daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for process improvement, resource management, and operational efficiency to ensure seamless workflow across departments.

As an Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in managing business processes, coordinating with teams, and ensuring operational targets are met. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management & Execution:

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Assist in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or process management, depending on the industry.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, recommending process improvements.

2. Process Optimization & Efficiency:

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity.
  • Work on automation and digital transformation projects to streamline operations.
  • Ensure cost-effective resource allocation and minimize operational expenses.

3. Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, finance, HR, and customer service teams to align operations with business goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contracts where applicable.
  • Act as a bridge between management and execution teams to ensure timely task completion.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management review.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to operations.

5. Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and compliance standards.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks that could impact business performance.
  • Maintain safety, quality, and service standards across all operational functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or operational management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or process management.
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.

Eligibility & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, process management, or business administration.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.
