About the Role

This role is all about field operations — conducting test flights, validating aircraft behaviour, logging telemetry, and working directly with engineering teams for real-world refinement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct flight tests for UAVs & eVTOL prototypes under controlled environments.

• Execute pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checklists.

• Operate ground control systems & analyze telemetry.

• Identify flight anomalies & report engineering-level feedback.

• Coordinate with mechanical, aero & electrical teams for issue resolution

• Maintain flight logs, regulatory compliance & safety documentation.

• Assist in pilot training & operational demos for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Experience in UAV flying (manual or autopilot).

• Strong troubleshooting ability & quick decision-making under pressure.

• Knowledge of aerodynamics, propulsion, and safety protocols.

• Comfort with Linux, telemetry tools, and basic soldering/electronics is a plus.

• DGCA certification (optional but adds strong value).

Salary Range

₹5 LPA – ₹12 LPA
