Roles & Responsibilities
1. Process of Policy Issuance, Endorsement, Cancellation, Refund and resolve other service requests/queries from respective stakeholders.
2. Error free policy issuance for partners
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders in order to execute the requests inflow
4. Maintenance of TAT as per agreed SLA of the respective LOB
5. Demonstrate command on working with multiple in-house systems
6. Constantly updating knowledge with respect to product, process, industry and best practices
7. Any other ad-hoc requests to be undertaken
8. Manage the Operations on the floor
9. Handle the MIS and other reporting requirements
