- Building and maintaining a sustainable, profitable, and scalable operations in partnership with the City Head, Warehouse and last mile delivery POCs.
- Directly manage Store Managers and Hub In charges and ensure timely delivery of SKUs to the customers.
- Strategically plan operational excellence via city level initiatives to achieve targets.
- Strategizing and executing rapid growth and network development to build efficiency in bbaily operations.
- Improvement of the operational systems and processes in support of organizations mission. Ensure teams adherence to the processes while driving the City Operation Metrices.
- Proactively design process and systems with customer centric solutions thereby insuring operational growth at the designated city.
- Would be the Operation Team POC for all Sales, Customer Support and Process team.
- Should have hands on experience in data efficiency and understanding.
- Strong people management skills and effective in handling a team at the city level.
- Understand and thrive in a competitive environment to drive teams to deliver targets
Level of Experience
Experience of 4 - 6 years in last Mile delivery operations and would have worked at Mid- Senior level (logistics, Ecom, retail industry)
Managed a team size of around 300 individuals (across warehouses, hubs, distribution centers and delivery partners)
Education: B.Tech / B.E any equivalent other Bachelor degree.
