Job Summary:

As an Operation Executive, you will be responsible for executing field operations and coordinating with

clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of advertising campaigns. You will

be the primary point of contact between the company and the clients, providing excellent customer

service and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a high level of organization, effective

communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibility:

1.Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing

prompt assistance.

• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a

timely manner.

2.Campaign Execution:

• Coordinate and oversee the execution of advertising campaigns at various locations.

• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials and

services.

• Monitor campaign progress, troubleshoot any issues, and provide regular updates to clients and

internal teams.

3.Field Operations:

• Conduct field visits to ensure the smooth functioning of campaigns and resolve on-ground

challenges.

• Supervise and manage field staff involved in campaign implementation.

• Maintain accurate records of field activities, expenses, and reports.
