Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Outreach: Reach out to assigned customers and explain the
benefits of our tech product. Understand their needs and show how our
platform can help with their logistics challenges.
Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual or in-person presentations to
demonstrate the features and advantages of our platform. Answer any
questions or concerns potential clients may have.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with
manufacturers and suppliers. Understand their needs and provide tailored
solutions to onboard them successfully.
Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close deals with manufacturers, ensuring
they are fully onboarded and integrated into our platform.
Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to onboarded manufacturers,
helping them navigate the platform and resolve any issues that may arise.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market
conditions to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities,
client interactions, and deal progress. Provide regular reports to the sales
manager.
Requirements:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business,
Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada.
Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Sales Aptitude: Passion for sales with a basic understanding of sales
principles and techniques. Previous sales or customer service experience is a
plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and
maintain relationships with clients.
Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Ability to
work independently and as part of a team.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms. Familiarity with
CRM software is a plus.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
