Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 10th Grade Passed ((B.Tech graduates, and Post Graduate freshers are excluded)
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Internet, Email)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a non-voice process is preferred but not mandatory

- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance via email or chat
- Process and update customer information accurately
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
