We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter with a consultancy background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience managing bulk hiring through job portals.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Source & screen candidates from Naukri and other job portals
🔹 Manage bulk hiring requirements & ensure timely closures
🔹 Schedule & coordinate interviews
🔹 Maintain candidate pipelines & recruitment reports
🔹 Collaborate with hiring managers to achieve daily/weekly targets
Requirements:
✔️ 1–2 years of recruitment experience
✔️ Consultancy background preferred
✔️ Strong knowledge of bulk hiring & portals (Naukri, etc.)
✔️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
