What You’ll Be Doing:

 🔹 End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (Operations, Sales, Technicians, etc.)

 🔹 Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across multiple platforms

 🔹 Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure smooth closures

 🔹 Maintaining recruitment trackers & reports

 🔹 Delivering a seamless candidate experience

What We’re Looking For:

 ✅ 1–3 years of hands-on Non-IT recruitment experience

 ✅ Expertise in sourcing via job portals, social media & referrals

 ✅ Excellent communication & stakeholder management

 ✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

 ✅ Immediate joiners are a BIG plus!
