Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring platforms
- Conduct initial screening, evaluate qualifications, and schedule interviews
- Coordinate and manage the interview process end-to-end
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracking system
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Prepare and negotiate job offers
- Collaborate with the HR team for onboarding and documentation
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment status
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for non-IT roles
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring tools (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting
- A proactive, target-driven, and organized approach to hiring
Work Environment:
