Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates for fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams
• Maintain accurate and timely records of candidate interactions in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for frequently hired roles
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Stay up to date with market trends and competitor hiring strategies
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in non-IT domains
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring targets

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of various non-IT functions and roles
• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices
• Prior experience in agency or corporate recruitment
