Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and passionate Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Koramangala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for nontechnical roles across industries such as manufacturing, engineering, logistics, BPO, and FMCG, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely client delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and databases.
• Work on Lower to senior-level mandates in non-technical domains.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of qualified profiles.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fitment.
• Coordinate with clients and candidates for interviews, feedback, and offers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, MIS reports, and database.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
• 0–1 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Lateral Hiring.
• Experience in hiring for roles like Voice & Non Voice Process, sales, finance, operations, HR, manufacturing, logistics, or BPO.
• Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
