Requirements: (Must have)

2-4 years of experience in Non-Tech Recruiting, focusing on startup hiring, product-based company hiring, and leadership recruitment.

• Proven track record in filling midlevel & leadership positions within startups.
• Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and recruitment tools especially Naukri & LinkedIn recruiter.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ethical behavior.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and mentor junior recruiters.
