We are seeking a versatile and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure the efficient and safe operation of building systems or equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and perform corrective actions quickly and safely.
• Install, inspect, and repair HVAC systems, electrical panels, lighting, pumps, motors, and other mechanical systems.
• Perform basic carpentry, painting, and civil maintenance tasks as required.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repair work using CMMS or manual logs.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
• Assist in energy-saving initiatives and facility improvement projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent technical field.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in a multi-skilled technician or maintenance technician role.
• Sound knowledge of MEP systems, tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CMMS preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, or be on-call as needed.

• Electrical License (if required by region)
• HVAC Certification
• Fire & Safety Training
• First Aid Certification
