Key Responsibilities:

• Design, generate, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and operational reports.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in business performance.
• Support key departments with actionable insights to optimize workflows, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver reports tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Maintain databases, ensure data accuracy, and perform data audits when necessary.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes through data modeling.
• Document SOPs, data flows, and reporting structures for ongoing efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• Experience: 1–4 years in MIS, data analysis, or business operations (based on seniority of role).
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, macros).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database querying.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automation tools like Power Query, Python (basic), or VBA.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or enterprise data systems.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, data-driven operations environment (e.g., fintech, e-commerce, logistics).
