Role Summary:

As a MERN Stack Developer, youll be responsible for both front-end and back-end development of scalable web applications. You’ll work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver robust and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code for both client and server sides
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate front-end components with backend logic
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing
• Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility

Requirements:

• Proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+
• Strong experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and web services
• Familiarity with front-end tools and libraries (Redux, React Router, Axios, etc.)
• Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub)
• Knowledge of database design and management (MongoDB)
• Understanding of DevOps basics and deployment processes (e.g., Heroku, AWS, Docker – nice to have)
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of GraphQL and WebSockets
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (JIRA, Trello)
