About the internship
Selected trainees day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in planning and executing communication strategies relevant to the clients of Pepper Communications Group
2. Develop required content
3. Identify and initiate stories based on the plan for the companys clients
4. Foster relationships with media, influencers, and other related parties
5. Maintain accurate records of media coverage
6. Conduct research, map media, develop accurate media lists, and create research reports
7. Monitor the accuracy and efficiency of intelligence essential to the company
8. Ensure all organizational objectives are executed with a high level of quality and on time
Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 17th Jan25 and 21st Feb25
3. are available for duration of 6 weeks
4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements
1. Possess strong communication, research, and interpersonal skills
2. Have basic knowledge of AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, Writesonic, etc. (further training will be provided by the company)
3. Demonstrate ethical behavior
4. Communicate effectively and pay attention to details
5. Build strong relationships and develop media contacts
6. Prioritize and plan effectively, and manage multiple tasks
7. Understand different media intelligence and publications.
8. Exhibit flexibility, determination, and the ability to cope under pressure
