Job Description
  • Workflow Management: Tight monitoring of all the workflows across all the regions to be performed on a daily basis and check if all requests are completed on a timely and accurate manner. Email request monitoring and assignment: Regular reviewing of the Email box and ensure the requests are completed as per SLA/prioritization of urgent requests and zero outstanding at EOD. Also need to ensure proper handover to the next shift with business justification for non-urgent requests.
  • Project/Bulk Request management along with Stake holder management: Ensure ETA is negotiated as per the standard SLA for all bulk projects and the same is completed by the team without any SLA breach. Also need to push back or engage relevant teams to renegotiate ETA/reprioritize the request.
  • Monitoring Escalation: Approval email to Manager for manual updating in downstream in case of Tech issue: Responsible to validate the exact Tech issue and ensure appropriate JIRA is in place and articulate all the details in the email to Line manager for approval to update the data in downstream. Also ensure both CSS and downstream are in sync with respect to the requested data.

1) Financial:

  • Ensure tasks are carried out within policies and procedures avoiding costs due to delays, compensation claims, operational losses i.e. minimize operational loss.

2) Customer:


  • Work efficiently with the customer to elicit change requirements that are fit for purpose, recommending appropriate stakeholders to be involved with elicitation activities.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate requirements clearly and concisely.
  • Work with the project team to ensure customer satisfaction with project deliverables.

3) Process:


  • Adhere to established ANZ policy and procedures and display an understanding of project and program practices and governance.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of project and governance processes.

4) People:

Display a positive attitude, operates with a collaborative approach and actively support the team in successful delivery of assigned task

Key internal stakeholders are satisfied and provide positive feedback

Assist when needed with training and provide ideas and suggestions to help ANZ achieve deal execution

Ensure that good and positive relationships are maintained with counterparties and associated industry bodies

Assisting newcomers to ANZ with training around collateral management using tailored training material and presentations

3) Process:

100% adherence to policy, procedures, practices and templates

4) Relationship Management:

Build relationship with all process partners impacted and involved in the collateral process.

Develop and maintain relationships externally with parties involved in the industry

Feedback from RMs, and stakeholders


Good to have knowledge, skills and experiences

Basic SQL skills and ability to construct SQL queries preferred.

Internship (or 1-2 years) experience in the relevant industry (Optional)


Capabilities

Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.

Ability to understand and follow processes.

Ability to detect anomalies, errors and investigate and document the associated root causes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills predicate the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to work under pressure in response to specific issues.
