Role & responsibilities
• Manage and create product listings, order fulfillment, inventory, price, queries advertisements on e-commerce platform.
• Listing products on the marketplaces and ensuring they are well represented there.
• Managing Returns and order cancellations with proper tracking.
• Handling customer support via phone, email and chat, if required.
• Improve and increase the online traffic through various digital media platforms, as necessary.
• Able to resolve online technical issue
• Create Campaigns to ensure increase in sales.
• Maintain good ROI on the spend.
• Single-Point-of-Contact for all Platforms.
• Implement marketing strategies, promotional campaigns and activities to drive sales within given guidelines.
• Prepare sales forecast and own the sales targets
• Ensuring brand guidelines are maintained
• Improvise or develop internal SOPs to meet marketplace compliance requirements
• Inventory management & inventory forecasting
• Resolve any escalations and challenges with the marketplace
• Liaise with finance team and reconcile payments
• Review processes and procedures followed and make recommendations based on learnings
• Responsible for managing & growing the eCommerce marketplace business.
• Open up new third-party eCommerce platforms by listing relevant categories & products.
• Build on the existing business by adding new categories and product portfolio listings on the marketplaces.
• Work closely with team to build the brand on e-commerce platforms.
• Product Portfolio management Assist the team with product sales and category performance inputs to optimize the product portfolio from time to time.
• Oversee the day-to-day marketplace eCommerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the promotional calendars and plans of eCommerce platforms.
• Gather intelligence from eCommerce platforms to further strengthen the brands offering.
Preferred candidate profile
• Education - MBA in Marketing, individuals with other degrees must have completed relevant certifications or courses in Digital Marketing.
• Required Experience - Fresher to 1 yr
• Previous experience in a digital marketing role is advantageous.
• Must possess a self-motivated attitude and be capable of handling several projects in a dynamic work environment.
• Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
• Exhibits both creativity and strategic thinking with a strong focus on customer needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
