The Function | Accountabilities
We are looking for a highly motivated, knowledgeable Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This is a key
position, and, in this role, you will demonstrate your knowledge to support the various clients of Prismbiz. You need
to administer customer satisfaction survey, clean-up the database and design, create and deliver marketing programs
to support expansion and growth of the company services and products. You must have the ability to work both
independently and within a team. We cannot stress enough the importance of this function for our marketing team,
so we are looking forward to a seasoned professional who can make a lasting and positive impact in the following
areas:
• Administering customer satisfaction survey- send customer satisfaction survey and report the outcomes.
Need to ensure the effectiveness and credibility
• Responsible for the email marketing campaigns- promote our products and services through various email
campaigns. You need to make sure that the open and click rates are at par with the industry standard.
• Responsible for advertising in the social media- taking care of the paid and non-paid advertisement in our
social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Responsible to take care of the in-person events like exhibitions and roadshows of our clients
• Supporting in the branding and documentation of our clients
• Support in making videos to be posted to our client’s website and social media pages
• Support the marketing team in maintaining the websites of our clients (SEO)
• Cross functional collaboration with our clients
The Profile | Skills and Attitude
We are looking for a professional with strong digital marketing knowledge who is willing to develop his/her career in
the fast-growing business:
• Proven track record in promoting the B2B business using digital channels. Experience in scientific equipment
and supplies market space will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in delivering an effective, measurable and innovative marketing campaigns and customer
satisfaction survey
• Ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
• Must be able to work under constant deadline and manage multiple projects across multiple business lines
• Strong time management and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have a “can-do” attitude towards all tasks
