Role Overview
The role of a Video Intern falls under the purview of the marketing team in the creative function at
BeepKart. The creative function of the marketing team renders a massive impact in communicating
our brand values and identity to our customers. The key features of the stated role are centred
around filming and editing content with the best practices and publishing them to relevant
platforms.
Duties and responsibilities
Work closely with the creative lead, stakeholders, and different functions of the marketing
team to understand the requirements of a creative brief, apply first principles thinking, and
execute video-based solutions.
Experiment with different customer-centric approaches and churn innovative video script
ideas.
Shoot, edit and publish short-form and/or long-form engaging videos to support brand and
marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Ex: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc).
Work in accordance with the brand ethos and market research insights.
Qualifications and experience
0-2 years of experience in film-making, video-editing and publication. Work experience with
an agency is considered a plus.
Hands-on experience with video-editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final
Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve.
Strong attention to detail and working knowledge of colour grading, typography,
contemporary trends & best practices across social media platforms.
Basic level knowledge on how to shoot content via a mobile phone is valuable
The ability to work and communicate in a team / independent environment, to prioritize
tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Kannada or Tamil is considered
a plus.
