This is a dual-role position combining career counseling with target-based telesales and education product marketing. You will also play a supporting role in digital outreach, lead management, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion & Counseling:
1.Call and counsel students and parents regarding available UG/PG/MBBS/abroad programs.
2.Offer customized admission guidance based on academic background, budget, and career goals.
3.Follow up on leads and ensure closure within timelines.
Telesales & Product Promotion:
1.Promote paid counseling plans, admission support packages, and related education services.
2.Meet monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy conversion rate.
3.Explain service benefits and handle objections effectively.
4.Marketing Support & Online Outreach:
5.Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and webinars.
6.Contribute to content and email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing.
7.Provide feedback to improve marketing materials based on candidate queries.
Administrative & CRM Tasks:
1.Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems.
2.Coordinate with internal teams for document collection, follow-ups, and offer letters.
