We are looking for a driven Market Development Representative (MDR) to join our sales team in EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for generating a high-quality sales pipeline for our Account Executives and Regional Sales Managers across the UK and Ireland. You will engage with end users from top global brands and identify opportunities with key partners to drive business growth.
Responsibilities include
- Generate qualified leads through proactive outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social media).
- Engage with end users and potential partners to introduce Eagle Eye Networks solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives and Regional Sales Managers.
- Report to the head of MDRs, collaborating closely with sales teams.
- Track and manage leads in a CRM system to maintain accurate records of outreach and progress.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement targeted outreach campaigns.
- Stay informed on industry trends to tailor outreach strategies effectively.
Desired Skills Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset for meeting goals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads and pipeline activities.
