Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates unique value propositions for key customer segments.
- Own go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches and feature rollouts, including launch planning, cross-functional coordination, and post-launch analysis.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform product strategy, pricing, and messaging.
- Create sales enablement tools such as battle cards, product collateral, pitch decks, FAQs, and case studies.
- Collaborate with demand generation and digital teams to support campaign development with targeted messaging and content.
- Analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Act as the voice of the customer in product development discussions.
- Train internal teams (sales, support, partners) on product features, value propositions, and messaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B or tech environment.
- Proven success in launching products and leading go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and product marketing platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in [insert relevant industry: e.g., SaaS, fintech, healthcare, hardware].
- Familiarity with frameworks like Pragmatic Marketing, Jobs-to-be-Done, or customer journey mapping.
- Experience working with product-led growth models or agile product teams.
