Role & responsibilities

Preparing budgetary costing for utility, process and material handling equipment.

• Coordination with various departments for preparation of specification of

equipment.

• Review of specification & enquiry document of various utility, process and

material handling equipment for pharma client.

• Leading technical discussion in co ordination with engineering team, project

manager and supplier representatives to freeze the technical requirement.

• Coordinate project scope changes in relation to procurement.

• Review of technical bid evaluation of vendors in compliance with client

specifications.

• Review of recommendation letter with technical bid evaluation.

• Arranging Kick-off meetings with vendor for design reviews, manufacturing

schedule, inspection and factory acceptance test for equipment.

• Ensure that post order document is in agreed schedule.

• Ensure timely delivery of material as per agreed design scope within budget and

schedule at site.

• Taking complete ownership of equipment from enquiry stage to delivery at
