Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire land for projects

- Conduct market research and analysis

- Build and maintain relationships with landowners and stakeholders

- Negotiate land acquisition deals

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery

Requirements:

- Experience in land acquisition or a related field

- Strong knowledge of land acquisition processes and regulations

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
