Role Description:
Establish a standard bakery product list for all brands. Develop frozen and fresh bakery partners for smooth supply and clear back ending. Align HSE and Audits
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall strategy for the cafe business, aligning with the companys goals.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for growth, including product offerings and service enhancements.
- Drive sales initiatives and promotional strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create brand awareness and catalogues and manuals tailored to the market trends
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operational management.
- Implement best practices for logistics, supply chain management, and cost control.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all vending operations.
- Implement and monitor compliance programs to mitigate risks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff to enhance skills and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hotel Management
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a bakery led QSR operations.
- Strong understanding of bakery and related products, marketing, and operational strategies in the QSR sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management and budget oversight.
- Ability to travel as needed to oversee operations and client meetings.
