
Role: Oversee the delivery fleet and dispatch to ensure prompt, safe deliveries and maintain customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the delivery scheduling, route optimization, dispatch from kitchens.
• Ensure on-time deliveries, especially for urgent / last-minute orders.
• Monitor packaging to ensure products are protected during transit.
• Maintain delivery partner vehicle fleet, if in-house; or manage third-party logistics partners.
• Track delivery metrics: time, damages, customer feedback.
• Plan for scaling logistics during peak demand (festivals, holidays).
• Coordinate between production, customer service, and logistics to resolve delays or issues.
Qualifications:
• Experience in logistics or supply chain operations, especially in food delivery or perishable goods.
• Good planning and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with route planning tools, delivery management systems.
• Problem solving under pressure.
