Perform sourcing, Coordinating & Scheduling of talents from various portals.
Infuse the entire recruitment process with energy that rivals a rock concert, while maintaining professionalism
Partner with stakeholders and understand talent needs.
Skillfully manage candidate pipelines, ensuring each candidates journey is enchanting and seamless
Find out innovative sourcing strategies (Volume hiring )to attract candidates from within the marketplace in a cost-effective manner
Work closely with TA partner in understanding the hiring needs & plan the day.
Build and manage relations with all stakeholders to provide proactive and exceptional solutions to the problems while ensuring a positive image and awareness on the hiring
Use data- based evidence to address the hiring manager expectations about talent markets and recruiting processes.

Familiarity with Google sheets/Excel is an add on
