Key Responsibilities
- Communication & Coordination

- Anticipate and resolve communication breakdowns or conflicts using negotiation and mediation techniques
- Strategic Support & Reporting
- Support strategic planning by providing insights from stakeholder feedback.
- Prepare and present reports, documentation, correspondence, and progress updates to management
- Project Support
- Assist with coordination, timelines, and information flow for collaborative initiatives or projects
- Research & Analysis
- Identify opportunities for collaboration, assess stakeholder needs, and deliver actionable recommendations
- Policy & Compliance
- Understand, convey, and support relevant policies, guidelines, procedures, and regulatory environments
- Professional Outreach
- Represent the organization at events, conferences, or public-facing activities when required
