• Lead the React codebase: define coding standards, review pull requests, and guide overall front-end quality and direction.
• Architect reusable UI components with React, TypeScript, modern state management, and automated testing.
• Implement real-time features using WebSockets and WebRTC for rich, low-latency interactions.
• Manage the front-end build pipeline (Webpack/Vite, CI/CD) and observability (logging, metrics), ensuring fast, reliable releases.
• Collaborate on Python back-end services (FastAPI / Flask) and write efficient SQL for MySQL or PostgreSQL as needed.
• Design and consume REST APIs in partnership with back-end engineers, maintaining clear, stable contracts.
• Champion developer experience: promote best practices, automated tests, and the use of AI-powered IDEs or code-assist tools to boost productivity.
