We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Last Mile Executive to manage and oversee the final stage of the delivery process — from the distribution hub to the customer. This role ensures timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of products, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily last mile delivery operations, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Coordinate with delivery agents, fleet operators, and third-party logistics partners.
• Track delivery performance and troubleshoot delays, customer issues, or delivery exceptions.
• Optimize route planning and vehicle utilization to reduce delivery time and cost.
• Maintain strong relationships with delivery personnel and resolve any field-level challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards.
• Analyze delivery metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of delivery staff as needed.
• Assist in the implementation of logistics software and tools for better visibility and efficiency.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure a positive post-delivery experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in last mile operations, delivery logistics, or field operations.
• Familiarity with route planning tools and logistics software.
